The MS Delta Museum will anchor the west end of the Delta Cultural Tourism train line and features the river and all that implies. The site puts it in dialogue with the historic train station, the river levee, and the casino. Besides the exhibit space, the building will have a retail, teaching, food service, and special events component. The latter will have a third floor view of the river and access to a bridge to cross the levee. The entry point is on a mall that separates retail and teaching from the museum exhibits and allows a visitor to experience the levee close up.
