The W.L. Albritton Arts & Education Center at the Jean Austin Bagley Campus in Jackson, Mississippi, operates as a specialized school within Canopy Children’s Solutions. In catering to the unique needs of Canopy Children’s Solutions and its students, CCD focused on crafting a safe, non-institutional, and welcoming environment. The two-story W.L. Albritton Arts & Education Center offers six traditional classrooms, a computer lab, art room, music and practice room, library, administrative offices, and a cafeteria. The design prioritizes versatility, allowing for a diverse range of educational opportunities. Special attention was given to safety features to protect students and staff in behavioral situations, ensuring a secure and supportive setting. CCD also provided master plan and design services for new cottages, education buildings, and sports fields.
