In its move to an eclectic and artistic neighborhood, this upscale advertising agency embraced a town square design concept, consolidating all departments into a central location and utilizing the primary circulation space for shared functions. Incorporating a mix of old materials, found objects, and modern finishes, the design celebrates the neighborhood’s diversity. The company’s logo influenced the linear repetition and color palette, while exposed ceilings in the “town square” enhance the overall atmosphere. Street lights mounted on exposed columns contribute to the unique aesthetic, and open spaces with partial-height walls create an illusion of spaciousness within a reduced square footage.
