The historic Duling school is now home to restaurants, offices, and retail shops in the newly renovated Duling Market. As part of Fondren Place, a mixed use development sparking much activity on a once dull corner in Fondren, the new market provides many spaces for retailers and offices looking to be in the Historic Fondren Neighborhood. Other unique tenants include the Auditorium, a southern cusine restaurant with more than just good food on the menu.
