Collaboration with the project architect on the exterior shell design while compiling complete construction documents for the interior core design simultaneously was required for this project. Moving from a small, intimate environment at their temporary location to a larger, two-story space created the need for staff conveniences and collaboration. Reuse of existing elements including modular walls, ceiling clouds, and lighting from the temporary office kept the project within desired construction budget. Providing acoustical privacy for customers while providing an open lobby design was the goal achieved. Customer service agents access drive thru banking clients at a remote location through technology.
